The Bear Cub Club Project

On their most recent trip to Shriners Hospitals for Children^® — Greenville, Omar Road Runners Jimmy Wilcox and Robert Barwick helped their patient dress her Build-A-Bear™ in a new outfit. Seven year old Jordan Lawson is a member of the hospital’s Bear Cub Club. Every patient who comes into the hospital for surgery is welcomed with a brand new Build-A-Bear™, outfit of choice, and an authentic Build-A-Bear™ birth certificate. After their initial surgery, if the patient requires additional surgeries they can choose a new outfit to go with their bear.
